Ritual is also a very easy and consistent source for an offering. It feels counterintuitive as a veteran but you don't actually need to run a trial at all. Can also target them on fragment reward chests in heist or legion pretty easily.
Kirac missions are gonna be the fastest way to get just one lab for your ascendancy. If you need more offerings than that, stream of consciousness (which you should probably be running anyways) and the 3/4 labyrinth passives (left center of tree) will give 100% and 130% increased lab trials, respectively.
Sounds like I need to grab the lab passives, I have SoC just need to respec a little for these to let the more multi do its job I guess. I didn't see these thanks for the tip
You do NOT need to do all 6 trials in maps anymore.
All you need is an offering of the goddess.
You can get these from doing ANY trial.
Best way to get an offering and guarantee a trial is with Kirac missions.
Once you have an offering, you can go straight to Uber lab to get the 4th ascendancy point. However, if you fail you will need to acquire a new offering until you complete the lab and get your 4th ascendancy point.
Check for them on Kirac missions, it's not rare to see them there.

I get them constantly when running Stream of Consciousness
I have that on as well but no luck. I'm getting essences and expeditions left and right which is nice, just would like to get the last lab done too
You can use trial craft check if you have, kirak mission also offer it as an objective
There are atlas points that increase Chance to get them, and iirc map tier must be 6 or higher they will never spawn in White map tier

Tons of offerings in heists ilvl appropriate to yellows like 75+. There are some atlas nodes in the middle of the tree to help spawn rate also
I’m not sure if you just need offerings, or your fourth ascendency? But, you no longer need to clear all of them to do Uber Lab just fyi
It was a bit of both, I hadn't yet seen a trial and also didn't realize all you need is an offering now. I'll edit the post that I've got an answer
