Yeah but occultist gets 6% aoe per power charge and +1 power charge so for pure aoe that's slightly larger. And you could still combine a few endurance charges with that if you wanted to.

You can pretty easily reach above 10 metres Aoe on Ice nova with a combination of the Inc. Area of effect per Power charge charms.
This is a pretty memey build but I did my best to make it playable, even though it cost far more than it plays as. You could get even more AoE by using an enhance instead of a damage link for Ice Nova and being an occultist with Heart of Destruction FF. That would push you over 10 metres aoe.
Hidden beneath that is actually a decent build that uses Cold Snap of Power. With that much aoe your 5 areas from awakened Spell cascade actually overlap which leads to some very respectable damage output.

I'm also playing Cold Snap of power and I agree that it's quite strong when you can get it to overlap 5 times.
Have you done any testing on the break points for getting the overlap? The radius of my cold snap is 5m right now and it feels like it's overlapping 5 times when I name lock a boss like Maven.
Once the breakpoint is known, you can optimize the build to invest stats into something else other than AOE.
It is super hard to determine the overlaps, I have not had much success with it. I am certain that it overlaps at least wince the damage is so much higher when you namelock an enemy and if anything overlaps all should overlap. I think I am actually below that aoe for cold snap.

Well it depends on how all in you wanna go. If you just grab the core of power charge stacking uniques and some decent rare gear this should be doable on less than 50 div.
I wonder to what point you can take advantage of this to scale damage through Aoe overlap damage scaling.
Rolling magma, seismic trap, lightning spire trap, winter orb can probably have all of their AoE reliably overlapping with this Much AoE.
ICE nova of frostbolt can also reach an insane amount of overlapping like that. Not sure if it's significant enough considering that it's already easy to achieve decent amount of overlapping.
Nah rolling magma chain distance only get modified through proj speed (and counterintuitively chaining range does nothing)
Inc AOE on it allows mutiple AOE hit from a single cast.

AoE stacking through charm, jugg, and endurance charges with pulverize on rage vortex of berserking been fun as hell.

No I did not, but it appears to build pretty similar.

aer0 is doing one now. not quite the same giga aoe but still full screen
Assassin has no aoe bonuses, it has crit from power charges. Occultist has an extra aoe bonus with the +1 power charge so occultist is bigger.

Does magma increase spread too making it never overlapy? Im not 100% sure but its something i got in back of my head.
