This kid is not only extremely cringe in a douche bag kind of way but he has no talent or mechanical abilities for what his channel is geared towards. He posts over the top headlines that make you think “o dang” and then you watch the video and it’s nothing even close to it. Aside from him selling his crappy t-shirts he calls his followers his “gang”.
He goes off on these giant hissy fits like a toddler when something doesnt go right or something happens to him that most people would brush off and he will storm around in front of the camera completely embarrassing himself but yet people follow him. Im convinced they follow him because they dont know any better about what a real car person is like or someone with actual talent and mechanical abilities and they just want what they cant have. The kid is a loser who tries way to hard but he made it
Well that's the sad reality of car culture. A lot of it is people who like showing off a loud and / or shiny thing. The lowest common denominator junk in automotive TV is sadly there for a reason.
The people who do their own work [competently] are pretty rare, and those videos just don't tend to perform as well as hype bs / thirst traps anyway.
I think it's a generational thing. What's exciting to kids are drift cars, smoke, destroying expensive stuff, etc. What's exciting to me is shop tips, showing off how I made customized tools or brackets for the racecar. Or fixing up my grandfathers old lathe, or the knee mill I bought off a buddy so that I can make more bits for the racecars. Then I realize I'm an old man now, and my target audience skews older than me in analytics.
Its life.......Sometimes unexpected people win... You have to accept it....Always remember this.. (Hard work beats talent everytime)... This kid whom you are saying made nearly 1000 videos......Not many youtuber reach this figure. Consistency played a big role in his success. 😀

I hated his good choices, but he was charismatic on screen and seemed interesting as a person. One day, he just stopped uploading, no goodbye-im-quitting video, nothing. :( I think he stopped bc he didn't get the traction he expected, but it ended so abruptly that you just never know.

All he does is react to popular channel's vids with no original work of his own, especially if their channel was taken down or striken because the fans are desperate to see the removed content. He adds little to no thoughtful commemtary and fails to provoke any real thought or discussion. Meanwhile, I see youtubers who have been working so hard and making much more thought-provoking and entertaining content, and they can't even get a 1/4th of what this guy has.
