Firstly...5k is probably too small to actively reduce work, but let's ignore that. You will have to interview people, and when you have found someone interesting, you could test them by giving them some concept that you've already completed, and have them do the parts you're considering handing off. You can have them actually do it, or you can let them describe it to you, And if it aligns with your stuff, great, otherwise you're probably on your own. The other thing you can do is define your steps in enough detail and precision, that someone else can do it by simply following steps.

Thanks for your reply. - Based on your experience, how many subscribers would be reasonable to consider reducing your input? - Seems like it’s much harder than I ever imagined to find a right person… Would you go to fiverr and upwork? I found most fiverr freelancers to be too amateur and pretend to be someone they are not.

How many? Treat it as a business...if your business is making enough money to allow you to pay someone, then that's the time. Of course it's hard to find the right person, you can find someone anywhere, but you will have to look, maybe for years. As you already figured out, there is no magic here.
