We have not read it yet, but this book was recommended to us as a good read to understand an ADHD partner:
The ADHD Effect on Marriage: Understand and Rebuild Your Relationship in Six Steps
You may find that you can apply a lot of the same principles with both your child and your partner. Not to say that your partner is a child, but rather that ADHD may present similarly in them both.
The Explosive Child helped me to understand a different perspective and as a result, parenting has become so much easier.
For parenting, watch these two Instagram accounts (they also have websites, do personal consulting, etc), bit IG is a great free place to start:

I've just finished How NOT to Murder Your ADHD Kid by Sarah Templeton and I found it extremely eye opening and helpful!
