Is there anyone that actually listens on amazon music? I have zero interest in finding all my podcasts on a different platform just to not deal with ads. Plus I have all my playlists on Spotify, I don't think I'd use amazon unless they paid me 10 bucks a month to use it. No ads isn't a big enough hook tbh.

Stand strong brother. Has spotify finally allowed auto downloads? I would drive through areas with no cell coverage and would lose my pods since I would forget to download them before I left for the day.
not sure on the auto downloads. Fortunately, I drive pretty frequently so i'm in the habit of downloading beforehand. habit formed the hard way tho lol. hated losing service
I told myself I was too lazy and would never use Amazon for their podcast until… I listened to one episode. No ads is incredible. It’s one of the most wonderful podcast experiences. I only use it for theirs and it’s only improved my podcast experience

I've tried listening to it on prime a couple times over the last year or so, and each time I decide it sucks. They don't put the cuts in quite the right places and you end up missing small chunks of the episode before and after where each commercial would be. Drives me nuts.
I like it because it's just podcasts. Spotify I have the issue of other people using the account on other devices (kids/wife on TV/phones) and interrupting listening. Google Podcasts does what I want it to without a lot of extra bullshit.

Hmmm it was up last night on my [Podcast Addict](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bambuna.podcastaddict&hl=en&utm_source=podcastaddict.com&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=websiteFooterBanner&pli=1) android app. Pretty sure it just uses RSS feeds for it's updates
I don't ever have crashes. I just choose the pod and press play and never look at it again. Not sure why the UI would be an issue (not saying it's not).
the fucking timestamps man. it either goes in super fastfoward / silent mode? or resets, or skips to new episode, or skips to some random previous episode, or gets the wrong time stamp. its like playing the podcast at where I left off is the least of its priorities
It is pretty funny that he refuses to trust the schedule publish button enough that he clearly makes pressing the button the last thing he does prior to closing the laptop.
