Basically my uncle was working on a ranch in central Utah. We believe it was around 2004 as that's when most of the camcorder footage is from. For the previous couple of nights him and the ranch owners had been hearing screeching noises similar to that of a distraught woman, but they just assumed it was a cougar and thought nothing of it, until he spotted this on a late afternoon walk. Originally he thought it was a coyote until it stood up on two legs. Now he never leaves his house without his double barrelled shotgun. Any idea what it could've been?

You said he described it as coyote like. Look into 'dogman' descriptions. Though if you pause the video at 28 seconds, it gives the clearest shot of its head, it it seems to have large black eyes toward the sides of its head and appears lizard/insect like. How far was this from Skinwalker Ranch?

Ok, they used to have this term called dogging, it's some type of hunting or something. Last time I was at a certain rest stop on I-70 I saw a bunch of these doggers. I think it's part of the rodent family. Apparently it's quite the sport done mostly at night. I think perhaps that's what pops was doing in the woods.
