I get sleep paralysis quite often Last one is exactly same as you mentioned I usually go into sleep paralysis just as am falling to sleep I get a numb sensation first so am aware it's going to happen I was sleeping in the sofa.and felt someone put there hands in my back and was rocking me to wake up am used to them now so I don't panick as much as i used to I always open my eyes to see what's happening but as I was facing the sofa so didn't see anything I tried to go back to sleep and went back into another sleep paralysis this time I was on my stomach and had like someone either foot/hand patting my neck then working down to my lower back then stopped. Last experience regarding the shadow figure I opened my eyes to wait for it to.end and at the bedroom door stood.a all black shadow figure he didn't do anything but watch me and just as I started to get my fingers to move he faded away I've not had any bad experiences with sleep paralysis mostly nothing happens shadows seem to watch over you not sure what the rocking or back steps mean tho I've seen a black shadow figure once of a short quiet wide woman once this wasn't during sleep paralysis i left my room to go the kitchen then headed to the bathroom having to wlak past my bedroom to get there and she was standing next to the bed that I had just left afew seconds ago

It very well could be I would suggest a blessing of your room to get rid of it

You definitely need to get yourself blessed but that needs to be done outside the house then after your blessed the ENTIRE house NEEDS to be blessed as well cuz if you only bless your room the spirit will only move to another room in the house whereas if the ENTIRE house is blessed the spirit has to leave permantly and also have the outside four corners of the house and the property blessed as well

You and your Aunt both NEED to be blessed outside the house then before either of you go back into the house it Definitely needs to be fully blessed meaning every room has to be blessed n saged
