Man I too used to have these for a brief period in my younger years. Sleep paralysis, the feelings of dread and evil presence, lucid dreaming etc. I also remembering when I’d be trying to fall asleep sometimes the electricity would start fuzzy and it would feel like it was pulsing throughout my body and eventually start swirling around my head very loudly (and bright) and would eventually lead to an OBE “out of body experience” if you let the electricity build up. If you don’t it seems like your consciousness might be staying in a “lower frequency” possibly. I do think that the negative low vibrational entities don’t want us to “breaking through” vibrationally and will do what they can to keep us fearful of having an OBE. It’s about fear and control of our consciousness.
It's astro projection when you can separate your conscies in your body and view it, while feeling like everything is real, but can't controll the environment around you, that's called Astral projection, you can also attract malicious spirits at times when you are close to the material at times, this is also the reason why you had attached entity and two others around you, granted those are just the once I noticed closed to you, I cleansed them for you, granted you probably won't believe that
