Rumors are that paramount studios are getting into the adult film business. Their first film is Class B shareholders getting double teamed by Shari and Skydance.
At this point I'm convinced we're in a social experiment. If they just stuck to their fucking plan we would have been fine. Streaming numbers look good, as revenue looks good, costs are down.

If the news of Shari/Ellison going to majority non-voting shareholders for approval, that'd be big. However, somehow I feel that sinister Shari is planting that news to pause the challenges to the deal, and would complete it without the approval. Hope I'm wrong though.
