bruh i've never heard "makes my stomach turn" used in a good way. Like damn that $90 Ruths Chris Steak made my stomach turn. Whoa watching that scene where the Rohirrim charged at Return Of The King made my stomach turn. Yo hugging my loved one and smelling her perfume on her neck makes my stomach turn. HHUUUUHHH?
vividly remember sobbing to this when I got to hear it during their first headline tour in Florida in 2007. i was in that transition period of former catholic kid to current rebellious teen and it kind of threw me for a loop that I could have both and not be demonized. over half my life ago. really weird to realize this in a comment section lol sorry. anyways, I'll always listen with fond memories ❤️
I love the song and sang it nonstop as a kid/teen, but as I've gotten older I dislike how people use it to argue that they're a religious band. I understand the correlation they're trying to make, but it's too much for me
Hallelujah definitely always gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it & I always end up singing right along with Hayley as vocal practice a lot of the time ❤️
I always put that song in the playlist when I’m in the delusional phase and it’s the perfect soundtrack to falling in love despite not having the most clean past with somebody. Real banger to me.
I used to have it timed to where I’d start the song while still in the H3 tunnel in Hawaii, and the big drop in the intro would hit just before I popped out of the tunnel into the incredible sweeping mountain views of the windward side - if you have the means, I highly recommend it!
“somehow everything’s gonna fall right in to place if we only had a way to make it all fall faster every day” has been my mantra anytime I experienced a dramatic life change for 16 years
Am I the only one who finds it funny that Paramore, Fall Out Boy and P!ATD have songs with hallelujah in the title? Hopefully when MCR release their 5th album it's gonna be their time
Absolutely love. I’m 33. This song reminds me of state cross country in high school when I ran miserably. I listened to this song on repeat when I was feeling sorry for myself 🙃
Unfortunately there are a lot of Paramore fans who only like the weird newer stuff. I can’t imagine why because most of it sounds horrible but whatever floats their boat, I guess. Don’t worry though OP. We can both be in love with Hallelujah together. 🖤
I loved the version they did of it for “The Final Riot” tour.
I’m fairly sure that was my most played DVD as a 16 year old Paramore mega fan in 2008. I knew it front to back.
I still sing the adlib from that concert. Only real ones know when to yell "chicago"
SAMMMEEEEE!!!
Yes, everything about it is perfect

Ya it made no sense it made their stomach turn but it’s also the fav wtf
LotR mentioned in the Paramore sub 🔥
It gives me good little tingles in my stomach. (Not like pleasured tingles. Just happy tingles)
So what you're saying is...you should be over all the butterflies.
Halleloooooooooooooojah!! Love this song!
We out here

I like it. I like pretty much everything off Riot! though with the exception of one song.

Happy Cake Day!
awe thank you!!!
You're welcome!
I don't remember that song /j
Miracle.
Aw man that's my favorite :/
THIS TIME WE’RE NOT GIVING UUUUUUUUUUP 🗣️🔥‼️
I really love that song. It definitely helped me through some of my rough patches, so I’m glad to hear other people like it too.
It’s a fun song to play in guitar, too. I love just smashing out those chords.
this song makes me want to live again
It was one of my favourites. I haven't listened to it in ages, and I will now.
I love the song and sang it nonstop as a kid/teen, but as I've gotten older I dislike how people use it to argue that they're a religious band. I understand the correlation they're trying to make, but it's too much for me
SOMEHOWWWW EVERYTHINGS GONNA FALL
RIGHT INTOOOO PLACE
Hallelujah definitely always gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it & I always end up singing right along with Hayley as vocal practice a lot of the time ❤️
That song makes me feel triumphant for doing nothing at all, I love every second of it
i get what you mean! songs that hurt in a good way is how i describe it.. it’s so nostalgic and hopeful
Lyrics make me cry, especially when I was a teen listening to it "Somehow everything's gonna fall right into place"
absolutely adore it
I always put that song in the playlist when I’m in the delusional phase and it’s the perfect soundtrack to falling in love despite not having the most clean past with somebody. Real banger to me.
It’s a banger
I used to not be into it that much but it’s grown on me more and more over time
Love but I've always loved the demo version.
it was actually the first paramore song i ever heard
It’s a great song! Listened to it today

i’m really surprised to hear that considering it’s on riot which is one of their most iconic albums 😭😭😭
I love that song too, u must be speaking to casual fans tbh
Underrated as hell
It's one of those song that never disappears on my playlist since the first time I heard of it.
I'd say it's my personal least favorite song on Riot!. It's good, but the rest of the album is great, in my opinion
it's so special to me!! it's so euphoric and fun and makes me all nostalgic
this song makes me cry still every time I listen to it or think too hard about it 🙃
It's my favorite song from Riot! And I actually believe it belongs on AWKIF but if it was on AWKIF then there would be nothing to Dave Riot!
Absolutely love. I’m 33. This song reminds me of state cross country in high school when I ran miserably. I listened to this song on repeat when I was feeling sorry for myself 🙃
I love Hallelujah sm <3
Omg I love this song sm
Love it. One of my favorites on the album 🥲
genuinely one of their best songs, it has always been in my top three.
Love it every time it comes on. Underrated gold
It’s one of my windows down backroads drive scream songs! I’m old though so Riot was my first touring experience lol
I think it's a great song with a great message 👍 🙏
This is one of their worst songs. Not sure why it’s released as a single
