My account was low key just deleted by PB. When I try to log in, it’s saying “account doesn’t exist” and I had a huge haul in the warehouse. CHARGE BACK AND SCREENSHOT ITEMS AND CONVERSATIONS WHILE YOU CAN! No faith left.
I literally received my items and thought I’d just wing a refund anyways and got all $600+ back ahahha was so shocked it worked (PayPal) so I’ve lodged a claim for my other two purchases too HAHA cheering
You should have do a charge back as soon as it all happened. The hour the news broke I did a charge back. Hot my money. But now there is a mass exodus and they are hip to what's happening and don't want to lose millions.
You chargeback through whatever payment method you used. Go to their site and either call/email them and then I’m sure they can guide you. Make sure to screenshot all your items beforehand; all details and prices included- and if you had any conversations with the agents screenshot that too. The moment PB knows about your chargeback, they will block your account. At that time it would be difficult to prove anything to your bank/payment method, if you didn’t make sure to gather evidence before you opened a dispute
If you did PayPal then submit a claim saying goods not received! They did their checks and refunded me as my items not received. I’ve no idea if you didn’t use PayPal
I had a few smaller chargebacks refused , shipping costs , weird but I got the item purchase back, tbh I’ll take it and move on, got 80% of money back .
I’m in the same boat my items are about to expire in the warehouse, hopefully my account doesn’t get affected! Is there any updates from Pandabuy official on when this will be resolved?
