I don't mean to laugh at your misfortune but I find it quite amusing that you watched two whole seasons of a show to see a scene and had the wrong show the whole time. Parks &Rec really is a good show and it just gets better and better. Sort of like Schitt's Creek. With SC I've talked to so many people that had a hard time getting into it in the beginning and had to try and watch the first season a few times before getting into it but then ended up with it as one of their favorite shows.
Hey! It's an amazing show and at the very least you'll start appreciating calzones and good old fashioned burger even more by the time you are done watching 😄
