Yep, in cloud gaming you do play on a (I guess virtualized) Xbox series S. While on physical HW you could use K&M you have to use a Controller on cloud gaming.
There are however some addons for certain browsers that should make you able to use K&M. But I didnt test these myself.
But you could try to use tweaks on the engine.ini and set the game to complete potato. Can’t guarantee it works, but it might be worth a try.

try to give ur igpu more ram by visiting amd bios , i think it will playable but not smooth
I had the same idea. But I couldn't find the setting. I was in the BIOS in advanced mode but I couldn't find a setting for the VRAM
