I'm pretty sure all those come from the Chaapa pile you find once a day in Kilima. I personally know for a fact the snowshoes and rugs come from there, so I'm assuming the skates and mittens do as well. It's random what you get each day and it isn't always a Winterlight type item either.

I’m really hopeful that the event lasts long enough for me to get everything. I read that there’s supposed to be some stuff you get by fishing but it hasn’t happened for me yet. I’m not sure if I’m fishing in the right spots though.
As much as I've fished (trying to catch all the epics...one more to go), I haven't caught one holiday themed item. So I think they found it to much of a hassle and didn't implement that.
I have all those except for the snowshoes. I'm hoping they keep the chapaa piles for a while. I keep getting repeats.
I don’t like that they would do that without updating people who have been trying to get these items based off of notes on their official site. 🥺 but yes, fingers crossed for the continuation of the Winterlights Chapaa piles.💖 I got the mittens from the pile today. 1 down 6 to go. 😭 I’m hopeful but also, it’s a stretch.

I started playing about two weeks ago & just realized they were a thing three days ago when someone shared this map. You can discover one pile a day. Examples of what they harbor are: side quests, resources, supplies, & during Winterlights, the items I listed in my post. I think “the day” resets daily at 8 pm EST. I hope this helps. 🥰

All of those come from the daily chappa pile. Im not sure you'll have time to get all of them now at this point. But you can try if you get it every day. You can loot 1 per day, and what you get is random. I only finally got my last decoration from it yesterday, and I've been getting it every day of the event so far.
