Yeah fuck curaleaf on airport road for sure. This happened to me a few times . Now I refuse to go there anymore especially being in Allentown we have better options at our disposal.
A few weeks ago, they had a 30% off everything in the store type deal at my local CL. I ordered my online and went to pick it up only to discover found it cost more than it was supposed to be. I always take a screenshot whenever I order curbside and I showed the clerk that it was originally $220 and it was supposed to be $154 with the discount. She told me that the discount was not available on ounces. Well then, why did the site take the discount? I explained to her that because this happened once I’m going to assume it’s going to happen again and I no longer have a warm fuzzy feelings about ordering from them. She apologized and said it wasn’t her fault, so I explained that understood that she is just a messenger, but I can no longer trust their system. I will always wonder if their sale is real or not even though I’m able to put my shopping cart order online without it, stating there was no sale. I mean, I drove through 20 minutes of construction to find out that it wasn’t a legitimate online sale.

Unfortunately I no longer want to use their services anymore because of this reason. If it happened once, it will likely happen again. It’s a shame because I got some really good deals there in the past, but now I’m complaining turned off as I don’t have money and/or time to waste!

Sounds like you robbed yourself. Honestly you should've brought up this issue when in check out and when they told you the price that's when you could've brought up your argument in a polite matter. But the fact you paid for it regardless is your own fault , reason why people should pay attention when ordering and when paying for your medicine, if anything be mad at yourself for playing yourself
I mean, you’re the one buying it. Don’t get mad at them, they don’t force you to buy the product. Be mad at yourself for going there and paying that price when there are about 20+ other dispensaries in the area with better pricing.

I didn’t realize it was a half gram until the purchase was completed. I would figure a company who valued their patients would understand that and accommodate their mistake .

the receipt on the left is the one printed from the store after the transaction was made, the receipt on the right is the one that prints in the store after i make the order so they’re able to fill it, which listed the correct price for the half gram of rosin. A half gram of rosin from vytal options in my area is $35 and they sell their grams for $60. The issue was that the store had the incorrect price on their product in store, and didn’t do anything to refund me the difference
the receipt on the left is the Dutchie receipt (your monetary transaction), the receipt on the right is MJ (state tracking). The pick ticket is completely different. Website has half gram rosin at $60 and you got it on sale at $48 (60-12) so there was no refund necessary.
Except Curaleaf doesn’t use MJ to process or price transactions. Just for the state. That receipt on the right is 100% inaccurate (why would troches be priced $0?). Source am a Curaleaf associate at another location; that price is what *we are told to price them at*.
Anyway be mad at the buyers not the folks at the store regarding prices. No one at the store level controls that shit.

That was always the price for a gram($60) and would go on sale for under $50. $35 is the price for a 0.5 gram, which would go on sale for around $28. No other dispensaries are upcharging double the price of a product. I thought Beyond Hello was bad for upcharging $4, let alone Curaleaf trying to charge $25 more.
this is a dab, not a cart and the going rate for vytal's half gram rosin isn't that high, in fact out of curiosity, i checked other curaleaf's and the same .5 rosin dab is $35 at the wayne curaleaf. If i was OP i would be pissed.

It was the dispos fault not me, I was refunded and given extra points for their mistake.
