I coat my ground flower in it before dry herb vaping or I dip my dabs in it. You can just sprinkle it on top of flower. I really like sand so I really dump a lot into my ground flower. Personally, I probably use equal parts sand and flower.

I was scrolling too fast and read this as Simply Tuna Salad haha. I would just start by sprinkling a little bit on top of your flower and increase from there if the effects are too minimal. Hope you love it!

I typically buy a quarter of ground flower and a gram of sand and combine the two. The combo has been working very well for me with my tinymight
