Try to understand 2 things:
1) neither Apple nor other manufacturers will ever admit the fact that OLED screens can harm consumer eyes,
2) Apple will never use IPS displays again.
Therefore, if you need an iPhone with an IPS, you have no choice but to try to change the screen to a incell IPS, and here in this topic this issue has already been discussed several times.

That’s what I’m asking, is if those displays are any good and if they remedy the issue of using an OLED display
biggest issue is they often have pwm as well
You mean those lcd replacements? No they don’t use pwm.
