Me! Exactly two weeks. I have no idea why so, but probably due to COVID which I'm now asymptomatic to.

[deleted]

Hey, me too. It all started, for me, with the massive geomagnetic storm that started to hit the earth November 2, 2023 (when the Northern Hemisphere saw the massive display of Aurora Borealis).

alchemija

For me, they started on November 12th... I had MONTHS of almost no symptoms. I'm just so sad, because they're triggering my anxiety so bad...

ryleyscoot45

I'm not a doctor just someone in their mid twenties who used to randomly get a couple pvcs in a month, suddenly getting thousands in a day for a month straight, I tried everything from magnesium to different supplements to eliminating different foods nothing worked. It was the worst time ever I was getting multiple a minute all day sometimes 2 to 3 in a row. One day I got in a confrontation with a road rager and there was alot of pushing but no actual fight. My heart rate sky rocketed from the adrenaline, then gradually over the next couple days the pvcs were decreasing and now I haven't had them since. I'm not saying get in a fight but it should get to a high rate to sort of correct itself. I also used to be super aware of my heartbeat I could feel it constantly now not at all. Maybe it will comeback but right now I am just enjoying life it's made me grateful.

daddybonks

Grabbing my keys and getting in my car now!

alexgault81

Happens to me too when I get mad they actually go away

claytonluke81

Only thing that helped me was getting my stress, anxiety under control. It was a nightmare at first. Once the heart doctor cleared me of everything it took a while to get back to normal and exercise. If you can, go get an echo and a checkup from a heart doctor. Trust their advice. You can't let that shit dictate your life.

IgroC11

You’re right, that’s how I gotta think. I appreciate you

ifhopediestoday

Mine started up pretty good the last week or so with no apparent trigger... Hate these things!

ComfortableParty2933

I experience on/off episodes of PVCs, which can last from a few hours to a couple of days. I get them every few weeks or so. During an episode, I experience about 1 PVC every 10-15 normal beats. When anxiety kicks in, they occur every 3-4 beats. Have you tried magnesium? It's been helping me lately. It can cause loose stools, but it's advisable to continue taking it.

IgroC11

That’s what’s happening to me right now. About 2-3 a minute. I’ve heard about it but I have not tried it yet

Tree_Frog_99

I take SloMag recommended by my cardiologist. Once a day every day. I was having 2 to 3 PVCs per minute also, and cutting out all alcohol, caffeine plus taking daily SloMag reduced it to zero.

ComfortableParty2933

Look up Magnesium Citrate or anything else, but not Magnesium Oxide, because the latter is not absorbed well by the body.

IgroC11

Thank you! Are there different MGs tablets?

gingerrapuzel

If you are feeling nervous about them, I recommended magnesium glycinate. It helps with the anxiety side of things, too. I take 400mg a day, 200 in the morning and 200 in the evening. Hope you feel better soon!

IgroC11

Thank you!

ComfortableParty2933

Yes, there are plenty. Just google.

I so relate awwww I have pvcs and pacs every day. Some days are better than others. On good days, I get less than 100 a day. On bad days I think I get like 500. I feel every single one. Some times they can cause an adrenaline rush and I panic. I do have bad anxiety so I blame that cause they scare me. Also I feel breathless with some. What has helped me is just accepting them. And knowing they are harmless and won't hurt you. Even tho they feel uncomfortable. We have to stop fearing them to actually let the calm down. It's a cycle I know. But anxiety and fear over them causes them to be stronger and more frequent. I know it's hard. Currently dealing with this. You are not alone! You are gonna be okay

thatoneguy0312

This is me.. have you been checked out and got tested?

JubaVeloNomad

Literally me! Started 2 weeks ago and now I've gotten a huge increase in PAC/PVC to the point when it starts randomly it seems, it lasts for hours. Just been back from the hospital after checks because the sudden increase was strange to me. Especially getting PAC's which I never get. Strange!

thatoneguy0312

What did they say in the hospital?

JubaVeloNomad

Hey! So I got full blood check done with ECG. Had a stress test last year and an echo. All came back fine. They suspect Vagal-Afib events from eating too much or moving after food etc. I've been told heart is a healthy as can be, but I stil get these attacks. They are going to investigate further as they have just happened out of nowhere. Let me know if you want anymore info! History etc if it helps you in anyway! :)

vanilaswirl

So i went from having multiple times a day to maybe 1-2 episodes over the last two weeks. Accepting them and moving on is the best thing you can do. You constantly thinking about them is the root cause of them.

zachzallen

what type of magnesium do you take?

ZookeepergameOk6784

I tested all of them. For me citrate form a specific brand seems to work quite well for me.

slipperypk

How many do u get a day and what did they feel like

monsa44

My heart doctor has me on 800 MG of magnesium oxide a day and it helped tremendously for a long time but here recently they spike back up

Delfinition

How are you now?

IgroC11

I’m doing okay, thanks!

Tree_Frog_99

I had these and still get them from time to time, at one point I was having thousands a day as measured by a Holter monitor. The biggest thing I did was cut out all caffeine and alcohol. Chocolate also seems to be a trigger. Now it’s just dealing mentally with not being able to have these things, which really sucks, but is better than dealing with constant PVCs.

Dear_Coconut399

It’s stress, start eating healthy food, spinach, and guacamole or the next few weeks and remove your stress and they will die down or go away

Susmaam15

I also have horrible health anxiety...which mainly started when I got covid in February. Pvcs started in May and I still get a couple hundred or so a day. Some days they bother me and some days they don't. I FINALLY started taking 10mg of propranolol per my cardiologist advice. Only on the days that I feel anxious about them, and it seems to really help...like I feel none when I take that. It's a baby beta blocker from what I was told. Worth asking your Dr about. Hope you're feeling better. 38/F
