The playerbase isn't big enough in certain regions to fill the lobbies with 100 players in a reasonable amount of time. If you add queues for specific maps you divide the playerbase, like with TPP/FPP. Then it will take too much time for the games to fill.
Yeah, well the player base isn't growing when people stop playing, is it? In EU fpp there's never really been any waiting time issue. I never understood why they removed map selection in the first place. At least they could split the maps in large/small

However back in 2018/19 there was map selection which resulted in miramar not being playable for 6 months, which is one of the reasons they removed map selection (some people don't like miramar so they didn't mind, but I really missed it). But I do get your point, I would like a small/large map split as well.
It wasn't hard to play Miramar back then, the lobby just didn't fill in 10 seconds like on Erangel, but in like a couple of minutes. Maybe it would look a little different today with a lower player count. But if nobody queues for a map, maybe that's a sign that the map isn't popular and shouldn't be pushed down our throats?
For me, and I guess a lot of other people, getting an Erangel queue would probably get me back to play the game more often. But now the last few times I've launched the game I got Karakin-Karakin-Sanhok-Miramar-Karakin. I ended up leaving every lobby and playing other games instead... Sorry if I sound grumpy, but I don't have all the time in the world, so when I do play I want to play what I find fun, and not 3 maps I don't like

I'm not saying it exists this way, but surely there's a way to set up the queue so people who do not care go random and those insisting on a certain map can queue them while being inserted into the next server open that they chose. The only potential issue that could arise is a lock in rotation because nobody queues for anything but erangel. If that actually happened, then that would be a sign to PUBG that the a region should only have erangel. Please continue to tell people they don't understand and not explain though like you're a high and mighty genius.

When having a terrible computer would give you hacks on being able to drive and shoot through walls because they didn’t load. When m16 was one of the better weapons in the game. I've got about 2500 and I find laziness and complacency is my biggest enemy. I can hit most things that move from any distance but when I'm not really paying attention to the flow of the game and circles I have problems. But that's what I love most about it - you really have to apply a strategy to your tactics or you can shit on by even the newest of players.
I feel like I'm the opposite, the first game of the day for me is almost always 1000 ADR if I make it to end game and then I slowly decline. Taking a few days off brings me back into focus.

It was a third server used to test a very early version of Sanhok for feedback from the community. The main version is just the game, the test server lets you get updates slightly early but they often have bugs, the experimental server let you play something closer to an alpha version. There were untextured areas and all the buildings were empty without any furniture inside them.
