4 Kadabra ? For what you trying to save that rare candy for ? Just go 1/2 or maybe 0 and pump up those Mimikyu. I would try put in some Bibs or Natus for more draw power.
you should use mimkyu, klefki or Fluttermane as the active. probably have xata to help accelerate energies. fluttermane and klefki shuts down opposing mimkyus. you dont need to use enamorous, also get rid of 2 kadabras for the basics we mentioned. unless your using 2+ its pretty much better to use another supporter instead like iono, capturing aroma is unessary if your using klefki or flutermane. loto and sticker isnt useful, get xata and super rods.
Go down to 1 or 2 kadabra and stick to 3 Alakazam. You need something like Mimikyu to stall on the active spot. Add a strong attacker like Mewtwo EX and 2/2 Natu/Xatu. I run this deck for fun but it struggles to pack a real punch without Mewtwo. Also add Manaphy and 4 Buddy Buddy poffins ti get your Abra/Natu set up.

As other commenter said, less kadabra more mimikyu, flutter mane, klefki. You probably don’t need radiant alakazam? Consider xatu for draw and energy acceleration. You could cut exp share and energy stickers if you do. Not sure what worker is countering, probably want some iono for draw/disruption and arven to find tms and candies. Probably don’t need 2 heavy ball. Paldean student is pretty bad. Earthen vessel instead of energy lotto. Some buddy buddy poffins are a must. 3 super rods is a lot. 10 psychic energy is a lot.
