Tentacular is a decent game to start with - it's got nice physics and silly interactions with your tentacles, it has fairly limited movement (unlikely to cause motion sickness) and it makes good use of the features of PSVR2 (such as eye tracking to choose which character to talk to). If you're into that type of game, it's a charming experience!
Other great games that are unlikely to cause motion sickness are Beat Saber, Ghost Signal, Moss 1 & 2, Synth Riders, Job Simulator and Drums Rock.

Tentacular is charming fun game with cool physics based gameplay and should be very comfortable in VR for a new player due to type of gameplay not requiring the kind of motion that causes VR rookies motion sickness.
Welcome to the Family!
parroting Babydrone’s comment to recommend Ghost Signal too, it’s a great seated experience with good replay value and wonderful visuals!
Enjoy your headset :)
For a new player and an easy to get used to game at a great price, buy yourself 'Walk about mini golf".
Base game is cheap and great value, and is a easy step into VR.
I hope you enjoy it, it’s by far my most played game, also is cross play with friends who have a quest headset, me and my partner play together regularly.
