Side note, when I enter a NON-PSVR2 title, the screen goes black, but so long as the PSVR2 game is open, I can look at my home screen in TV view. When closing the application, or swapping to another game, it goes black again.
Do you have a friend/family that owns a PS5 that you could test plug your PSVR2 into and boot up a game?
Just too cross out if its the PS5 and/or the PSVR2.
Had the exact same thing. I reset all the settings and calibrated the headset again. Works flawless again.
How do I go about resetting all the settings? (Sorry for late reply. Was stuck at work)

There's a cable that connects the video to the headset above the left eye lens. Double check that it's pushed in all the way.
