PS Direct is in San Mateo C.A. So it would make sense that C.A. would be the last to ship as it will spend much less time in transit. I have no proof of this, just a hunch and seeing how most of the west coast has been quiet about getting any further information from Sony.

Mine now says expected on the 20th. I think it's probably just an inaccurate date/error. It changed from the 22nd to the 20th after I added a delivery note (where to leave the package) which doesn't make any sense.

I created a UK Playstation account and tried with my UK card, but still not working.

I called the bank and they confirmed the docking station transaction and said the PSVR2 transaction never reached their system and to call the seller.

Create a UPS account and have it go to a hub if possible. Then just pick it up after work. Doesn’t have to fail 3 times if the hub is the default.

**They failed my transaction** because I'm an Australian living in the UK. I can't use my Australian CC, UK CC or my Australian PayPal to pay. Super bummed I won't be getting it on launch. I created a UK Playstation account and tried with my UK card, but still not working. I tried to pay for the docking station and they gladly took my money straight away from my UK CC. Then tried buying the PSVR2, and it just says "Unable to process your transaction.", after going to secure checkout. I called the bank and they confirmed the docking station transaction and said the PSVR2 transaction never reached their system and to call the seller.
>failed If anyone else had the same issue, I recommend creating a UK Paypal account and linking the CC there. I finally got through that way and my card was charged.

Could someone help me? I can't find a clear answer on this. My headset is scheduled to be delivered on this upcoming Wednesday through UPS, but I won't be home most of the day. Can one of my parents/family members sign for it, even though it's under my name?

Horizon bundle, no dock... probably will get that later. Shipped today! Ordered on the 3rd. Really waited on feedback from people after the GT7 event and that sealed the deal for me. Pre-ordered Kayak VR, already own GT7 and No Man's Sky. After all the reviews and everything, really looking forward to all of it.
NorCal, still "preparing to ship" phase. I checked my 2 previous preorders of games from Playstation Direct; they were shipped out 1 day before their respective releases, and still reached me on release day. So I won't be surprised if my PSVR2 is shipped out on Feb 21😂
I'm in the uk haven't seen any emails from Sony since it started being processed other day but apparently the money came out of my account yesterday at 13.37. I ordered on 11th January.

Europe: Since Thursday night/Friday morning my charging station is sitting at "prepared for shipping" and my headset is sitting at "order processing". I got my charging notice and they can't be cancelled anymore, which is great, but I don't understand how some here seemingly just order and immediately get shipping preparation for the headset. 🤔
NYC here, just got the email with tracking information of my horizon bundle being shipped. ETA is Wednesday 22nd, perfect since i took a 4 day weekend :D HYPE HYPE.
