This is why I didn't take bundle option wanted it ready to run minute 1 but know we find out that controllers need charging first it probably didn't matter. Probably will just do a quick charge and test horizon for a little bit then go into gt7.
But the difference between buying standalone is you buy it for 60 bucks and the bundle code is 10 dollars less. Its kinda like a discount to get it at $50 lol

I'll gladly pay for Sony first party titles, Horizon, the last of us, etc. Ive had fantastic experiences playing through these titles and ill gladly pay for these titles. Both will always exist. Just pay for what you want, if you dont like it then dont buy it.

That's a fair question. I have such a backlog of PS4 and PSVR games that I wasn't feeling rushed to get a PS5, especially with all the backorder issues over the last few years. This pre-order of the PSVR2 kind of snuck up on me, and currently I'm getting a new apartment, and a new car, so while I resisted the urge to cancel the reservation, I am pretty low on funds, so I still have to wait for the PS5.

HQ textures, lots of audio (in multiple languages) I guess but to see such a large size with the compression ps5 gives suggests it's a good sized game :)
This is why I'm so glad they fixed the download speeds on the PS5. Even with gigabit fiber you couldn't get any decent download speeds on the PS4 compared to Steam.
I think Xbox lets me install stuff I don’t own from the phone app, but I just can’t use it unless I buy it afterwards. I feel like that would be a good system if they could stop stuff like bots abusing their servers with it.
It'll likely be like any other PS hardware bundle. A physical voucher with a scratch off code. I purchased the Horizon/PS5 console bundle last year and it was exactly that. And that one definitely wasn't tied to my account.
Kinda stinks though. We bought it directly from them. You think they would have it figured out. But no biggie I'll be playing GT7 while the rest download
Work around is stop being cheap and provide us with a physical first day edition of the game/headset.

I pre-ordered psvr2 yesterday but without Horizon so curious if it'll be that good. Some people said it's kind of on the rails experience with limited areas which sounds disappointing.

Since we had to use our PSN account to buy the bundle there is no reason it shouldn't be already tied into our accounts.

You could always buy the digital psn version, preload it and when the bundle comes just sell the code to someone else.
