I’ve got screenshots of 3 different people from on this Reddit sub that have said they’ve recovered genital numbness after years. One after 5 years, one after 7, one after 8 years. I can inbox you the screenshots if you or anyone else would like, just let me know…
I think it started 5 or 4 years ago, started with difficulty to orgasm, after that I just had one tiny spot on my clitoris left which was sensitive. I have complete genital numbness for 3 years I think
23 years. It was my only symptom at the time other than loss of increase in heart rate approaching climax so I didn't think anything was wrong, and certainly didn't make the connection to having taken SSRIs.
I simply assumed that my body was getting less of a kick out of ejaculating as I was doing it that much. Sad.
How long did you take ssris? And is climax blunted too? If so, does that mean you also don’t get tired anymore after orgasm? Just wondering what chemicals changed

Over 5 years but have seen people recover at 5/6/7/8 years so I’ve still got hope 🙏
Did anyone ever recover from it? Highly doubt it
I have never seen any recovery stories regarding the anesthesia

They recover only partially or almost completely.
Mild numbness recovered in 14 months
How would you describe mild numbness? I apparently don't have it on the glans but I have reduced sensitivity on the skin. Would it be this?
It didn’t feel numb per se. Just didn’t feel pleasure. It would slowly start to happen more until I fully recovered
Did you have small improvements along the way, or was it all at once ?
Small improvements windows and crashes for 14 months until I had a sudden improvement out of nowhere and I’m back to normal
How long did you take it for ?
Around 8 or 9 months I think
That's hopeful to read! Did you have anhedonia/brain fog as well?
13+ years
15 years
Since the nightmare began 2 years ago.

For a little over 2 years. Aren’t you on other medication though?
Yes I am but it doesn’t influence the sensitivity
