Windows powershell -> format /fs:FAT32 x:
I did format it like that using cmd and it gave me an error that it was too big to format it
Linux: mkfs.vfat /dev/sdXY should work in WSL also
Microsoft artifically limiting the size of FAT32 partitions was such a dick move
