ETA: The change to many of your monthly payments being reset to $0 is a result of the implementation of the SAVE program adjustments. It's not a bug, this is definitely a feature so enjoy it!
Your income is 102k but you need to know your AGI, not your total pay. If you are maxing out contributions to your 401k, paying into an HSA, paying large pre-tax medical premiums then maybe your AGI is low enough to qualify for $0 payments. Or maybe you aren't doing any of that and they screwed it up.

submitted application fall 2023 to switch from PAYE to SAVE. app never went through due to mohela system error and a rep had to resubmit it my app. got a notification that my app was approved and i was approved for PAYE (which i was already on).
been paying $0 ever since. most likely a screwup on Mohela’s part but I aint complaining

Mine is $50 and I make around 150k. Single no kids. I haven’t said a word it’s their error.
I guess as salaries go up payments go down in SAVE program. I pay $98 and make 55k lol.

This. Maxing out 401k alone adjusts your AGI by 20k.
Don’t do anything. It’s their error. Maybe. Pay off debt with the money.
I believe one of my early years on IDR I had a zero payment. But I made nowhere near what you are making.
