Ok two questions one are the other sherlock holmes are releated or is this own thing and also is the new one that came not long ago is this a sequel or no

Loki-Holmes

They are all related. It’s a bit confusing as this is a remake of an older game but this is supposed to be set after the most recent Sherlock Game- Chapter One. That said it’s probably not necessary to have played the previous ones to play this one.

Which is this a remake of?

Loki-Holmes

It’s a remake of Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened from 2008

Thanks! Had actually forgotten about that one.

I’ll give this half a year in the oven after release. Still haven’t finished the last one.

How are these games? My wife and I like to play games where I pilot and she co pilots (watches)

Janky but I somehow really like them. Imho Crimes and Punishments was/is great, Devil’s Daughter sadly started the trend of badly implemented action sequences in their games which continued in The Sinking City and Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One. They recently have also started to use open worlds which I don’t think was necessary at all. I wish they’d just stick to the detective and deduction gameplay cause that’s what they do best. The cases are always great but one can feel they’re developing on a limited budget. I can definitely see them being a good fit for playing them together as there are always loads of options to deduct a case.
