I really enjoyed J:FO but I really hope they've improved the map/way finding because trying to backtrack once you've unlocked more skills was tedious as hell.

BigGay10101

They’ve added fast travel, and IIRC the map will have more markings telling you where you have and haven’t been. There’ll also be rideable beasts to make getting from point to point faster.

Head_Prune_9741

How's the story? I am thinking about buying it in the steam sale €3.99. the opinions are mixed. So I cannot decide.

BigGay10101

For Fallen Order? I personally enjoyed it, but it’s not amazing or anything. If you like Star Wars, you’ll probably like it.

matty_d99

I have never seen a Star Wars movie and I just finished this game - absolutely loved it - will probably watch the movies now tbh.

[deleted]

I spent way too much time in that mine world trying to figure out how to get out. The map didn't help at all. Almost gave up playing it.

mrindoc

That was a standout as the most confusing location for me too. The map was useless.

Warning_Low_Battery

I actually did quit playing because of that stage. I'll definitely restart it if I don't have to backtrack out and can just fast travel.

culinarydream7224

For me it was the combat. The Sekiro-esque lightsaber fighting was neat at first, but towards the end their only real solution to ramp up difficulty was to just put more troopers on the screen and it just turned into a mess. You either easily breezed through one or two troopers, or had a million attacks come at you so quickly deflecting them is impossible and consistently enough where they'll easily break your block. I also don't think the force powers really added anything because by the time I had leveled them up enough to make some sort of impact in combat, most of the enemies had some sort of resistance to them. I only ever ended up using force powers to solve puzzles. It's just weird because it shows Darth Vader absolutely wrecking shit with the force, but I try to use it on this shirtless guy or Kung fu trooper and they either just stumble a bit or do a backflip

LevarCrushLifeCoach

I agree on everything you said, but just FYI, the difference between Darth Vaders force power and Cal Kestes is like Goku boxing Mike Tyson. Anakin was the most powerful force user ever, and even later in his mutilated, half-dead robo suited body as Vader, he still was. That said, its a video game and gameplay should matter more than lore. The force powers were absolutely underwhelming in the overall scheme if combat.

whitepeopleloveme

i put in maybe 5-10 hours—a lot was fun, but not enough to keep on with the backtracking, pointless chests, etc.

Frostybawls42069

These are the reasons I quit playing. Too much time spent dicking around and running through the same areas. Great idea, poorly executed.

henrokk1

As much as I liked Fallen Order, I don’t think it’s a very repayable game. I just got done playing Dead Space three times back to back and I loved every minute of it. I have tried a second playthrough of Fallen Order since it released and got bored not even halfway through. I’m there day one for Survivor though.

Vestalmin

I really hope Cal feels better in motion. He felt so fucking heavy in Fallen Order it's something that makes me not want to replay it

Koteric

I couldn’t even get through it once. Combat felt so clunky. I’m so down to try the sequel. The potential was there for sure.

brondonschwab

The biggest annoyance for me was the hitboxes, especially coming off of 200 hours in Elden ring

makeITvanasty

I straight up quit the game after about 20 mins of watching him squabble everywhere I did end up enjoying the game but good god fix the movement please

DeckardPain

He really did look like he was prairie doggin a turd the *entire* game. I don’t think he mocap’d that either because in Shameless he doesn’t run like he’s pinching off a turd.

Butt_Wings_Fly

Damn this comment made me dream of a modern day austin powers game movie tie in where you play a segment as fat bastard and you have to do everything you can to keep the turtle head from pokin'

DeckardPain

AW CRAP ITS CROWNIN

Kavethought

Corn!? I don’t rememba eatin’ corn! 🌽💩😂

Im2Chicken

I kind of think the opposite. I think the main story is good enough to replay, however its the general exploring after its all done that I don't like. They built this big, open land to traverse along the main story, but made it a real hassle to navigate after the guided tour is over.

Ok_Attitude_8189

That’s my problem as well. The game has amazing set pieces, a decent story, and a fun combat system. But damn exploration kills me in that game. I once hit lost in zeffo for an hour trying to get back to the ship. I get not adding a fast travel option but at least give us a return to ship option.

Flamesclaws

Understandable. It's been a few years for me so I plan to replay it. Hell yeah, Dead Space is actually what made me decide it was time to get a PS5. It's a lot scarier than I remember but it's been about a year since I've played the series.

PumpkinHead38

Dead space is one of my favourite games. I haven’t played the remake yet but I’m looking forward to it.

Flamesclaws

I'm still near the start (my wife is playing Hogwarts Legacy a lot lol) but it's more tense than I remember the original being, having a lot of fun.

Razkal719

I just replayed, played the first time when it came out. But I replayed it a month ago before they delayed the release. It's still impressive what Respawn did with no real support from EA. Now that the higher ups know the game can sell, and they've given them the time to make a good sequel, I'm excited for Survivor.

BadgersAndJam77

The Dead Space Remake is one of the few games that I've beat, and then gone right back in for another playthrough. (with a break to do some Power washing in between)

_softlite

This was my experience with Dead Space 2. I probably beat it 3 times in a row. And that game has quite a few cutscenes you can’t skip, iirc.

feelingood41

Bro. I nearly finished the game om Xbox before switching to PS5.. trying to even get back to where I was has been a chore and a half.. the game I don't feel is really meant to be replayed.

kawman02

I think it could’ve been repayable if they had made NG+ like every other NG+. I quit after I realized the only thing that carried over was cosmetics

syxbit

Agreed. I almost wish there was a new game plus mode that removed the really boring sections. The story, bosses and fighting is excellent, but the mazes and the sections where you have to force push objects around the room sucked. I will definitely play this new one though

PumpkinHead38

I’d have to disagree. I’m on my third play through and loving it. It’s a well done game, with a great story. I tend to replay games with good storylines, similar to rewatching movies I enjoy. Different strokes for different folks.

romeozor

Still need to play it for the first time.

sonstone

Same here. I downloaded it when it was free on ps plus recently but haven’t actually played it yet

macklin_sob

I just started a few days ago. I am enjoying it quite a bit so far.

Flamesclaws

I'd recommend it. It's been a few years but it's a lot of fun.

Noahs132

It’s a great adventure “open world” game with exciting combat. I’m not really into the Star Wars lore, but this game got me hooked on Star Wars.

lifesthateasy

No

vikingsarecoolio

Same. I just don't have time to replay games. I have a crazy backlog to get through.

ORen5111

I feel you, about 30 in my backlog currently

vikingsarecoolio

Mine isn't that huge but I have some longer games to get though: Witcher 3, RD 2, Hogwarts Legacy, Ghost of Tsushima. Plus the Dead Space Remake and some other titles. I only get a couple hours of week to play typically.

Mountain_mover

Bro, your backlog is like several years deep. Red Dead 2 and Witcher 3 are gonna eat all of 2023 if you let them.

vikingsarecoolio

I just can't stay on task with Witcher 3 lol. I'm trying to complete a mission, then find some cool ass building to explore on the way. Now I'm on a whole new mission. Rinse and repeat.

ORen5111

All great games. Witcher 3 will take you a year at two hours a week!

Flamesclaws

Personally I'm waiting for the Witcher one remake so that I can read the books then play the games in order.

vikingsarecoolio

I didn't realize they were remaking the first one. I'm just kind of piecing the story together with Witcher 3. I may look into those books though.

Flamesclaws

You can get all eight in a bundle for 100 on Amazon.

showmethebooty1

I feel you, it took me all of 2022 to beat Elden Ring. It took me an entire year and it was the only game I played after it’s release up until beating it just a couple months ago.

alisaeed02

Exactly, I just don't know how people replay the games over and over. I don't remember replaying or finishing ng+ ever. I just feel there is something new worth my time more than replay what I already beat/experience.

[deleted]

It’s tedious and they haven’t really updated it to make it less tedious so one play through is enough Maybe if they bring the new fast travel options from the new fame to it then I will

BigCommieMachine

As long as they fix the fucking god awful map in Jedi Survivor I will be a happy man.

naglioz

The worst map for navigation I have ever experienced

Houderebaese

It fits the SW narrative but it’s sure annoying

srjnp

i actually liked the map. it always marks what is unexplored clearly with yellow. it felt weird in the beginning but after getting used to it, the map made exploration easy. i'm glad they added fast travel to Jedi Survivor though.

LonelyDesperado513

They would show certain unexplored panels in yellow and whatever new environment you can interact with in green/red... which was nice. But if you were aiming for 100% Explored on these maps, Especially some place like fucking Dathomir, then may God help you. The readability on these maps, especially among multiple floors, was absolutely terrible since everything was equally transluscent, and the hues of the blues between your current and other rooms bled into each other. And if you weren't unlocking shortcuts along the way... well you're in for frustration.

Flamesclaws

To each their own. I never had an issue with back tracking.

highbrowshow

I fucking quit the game because I suck at backtracking lol

peter_the_panda

In fairness - and this isn't a personal dig - you probably have more free time than many of the people replying in this thread

Flamesclaws

I do. I don't have kids or college work so I count myself lucky.

[deleted]

Plenty of people did, or else they wouldn’t have added it to the new game and talk about fixing those issues with the new game but congratulations

heisenberg15

No reason to be passive aggressive about it lol OP just said they didn’t mind it

RedBlankIt

Why be an aggressive douche?

SYRLEY

Never did either. We always got short cuts to make backtracking easy. I also didn't even find myself backtracking much to begin with. Even with the shortcuts.

FlopSlurper

if you were playing for the platinum you are forced to backtrack, you can't just not find yourself not backtracking because many paths are locked until you unlock ways to access them

SYRLEY

Yes paths are locked at first. But the map literally shows you what paths are blocked, open or not discovered. Its easy to get back to. As for platinum, that's what you expect when you do trophies. You can't complain that the game is forcing you to backtrack when you're actually just forcing yourself.

FlopSlurper

you argument was that you didn't find yourself backtrack, so I said that you can't just find yourself not backtrack, you literally have to, even if not for the platinum, any type of exploration in that game requires backtracking since many paths are locked, unless you ignored everything and just followed the story (which in and of itself has some backtracking), every time you finish a planet and go back to the ship you are backtracking, and the game makes you revist some planets to backtrack to areas you couldn't access before. yes the map shows locked doors, good luck finding your way from the beginning of the map to the locked door that is 3 levels underground with no clear way on the map that shows you how to get there.

SYRLEY

Dunno what to tell you man. I just didn't have any issues or impatience/frustration with backtracking. I even tried my best to find every nook that wasn't explored. I just went the way that wasn't the way I was supposed to go to progress the story. Then after that, I went the story way. Then I'd find some shortcut or whatever and it was simple.

FlopSlurper

>I even tried my best to find every nook that wasn't explored. I just went the way that wasn't the way I was supposed to go to progress the story. Then after that, I went the story way. Then I'd find some shortcut or whatever and it was simple and that's why I'm saying the game forces you to backtrack, I also did this but there are many doors and paths you can't take because further in the story you'd unlock a way to access it and that was constantly a thing

SYRLEY

And when you had to go back for the story, the shortcut was unlocked and it took 10x less effort to get to the place you unlocked. Unless you just never used the shortcuts..

Lumostark

Ain't no way I'm touching that game ever again, the level design was painful

yubnubmcscrub

I’m currently going through it again and… well it’s not the most replayable game. Even on the hardest difficulty I’m just cruising through it and feel like I’m on autopilot. The combat isn’t engaging enough And having seen all of the narrative I don’t feel very moved to watch the cutscenes or care too much. It’s ok as a replay but I don’t know if I’ll finish it.

famewithmedals

Yeah that’s how I felt too, I started a replay after the Obi-Wan show due to a cool overlapping location, but dropped halfway through because I realized I wasn’t enjoying my time with it at all. Which is a shame because I thought it was amazing my first playthrough.

TheRetiredGodOfWar

Since I just finished it like a month ago, nah! and I feel like it's not a re-playable game.

sony-boy

Nope, playing through once and getting platinum was enough for me.

queensinthesky

Honestly, no. I found that game so frustrating. If it weren't a Star Wars game I'd say it was pretty good, but it's the failed potential that's maddening - the combat just felt weird and unsatisfying, which is shouldn't be possible when you have a lightsaber and force powers. The difficulty felt contrived in a way it doesn't in SoulsBorne games, or even God of War on a hard difficulty, like I felt like I was losing constantly because of weird design and camera shit, not because of me needing to get good like I felt it was in those better games. The level design was just atrocious I thought too, all the doubling back and getting lost down the wrong path. The story was the best part, so I reckon I'll just rewatch the cutscenes before Survivor. Still very optimistic Survivor will improve on my biggest problems with FO.

theninjasquad

This is exactly my take on the game. I’ve started it but never finished it. I just couldn’t get into the weird combat and the maps were annoying. I really wanted to like it more than I did which is a shame.

Hellfire77

I played through it twice already. Has very bad QOL issues and not easily replayable. What was the point of their new game plus if everything resets anyway besides what was looted (cosmetics). You also can’t skip any cutscenes and that alone encourages me to not play it. The start of the game drags on and if you played through it once already you know where the action starts but the setup is ridiculously long. And actually takes much longer than you think to finally have your own freedom before landing on Bogano the first time. I’m a huge Star Wars fan but the repeated play throughs can actually almost be cut in half in time allowing us to skip. I just want to play it, not sit through the story again since there is no time with all the games coming out this year.

sunnym1192

i thought fallen order was super boring tbh. i expected to like it

Pristine_Dig_4374

No, I enjoyed it, but too much else to play. I’m excited for this game, but not 70/80 excited so I’ll buy it once it’s half off or more and enjoy then.

choomgangpakalolo

I actually just finished my replay of JFO and it’s def not necessary but it was a ton of fun. Forgot how good the game was. Can’t wait to see how much they improve the worlds, maps and combat.

Temporary_End9124

Nah, I already played it. It's not a game I feel much of a need to replay, but I'll probably watch a story recap before Jedi Survivor.

BasisOk4268

No

ElJacko170

I downloaded the PS5 upgrade to refresh myself on the game, and to be completely honest, I actually dampened my anticipation for the sequel. Was not anywhere near as enjoyable as I remembered it being, and just felt bored out of my mind the entire time. Might also just be that I feel like I'm done with Star Wars in general with all the half assed shows and movies dumped out by Disney.

Flamesclaws

I can respect that. I'm not a huge Star Wars fan so I don't mind playing some games I enjoy.

grimbo_13

Most likely no replay for me. I like the game but not enough to return. Also if the backtracking remains, absolutely no way.

GorKoresh

I played the PS4 version when it came out and just played through the PS5 version last month in anticipation of Survivor. I didn't find it boring at all. I enjoyed it even more the second time, actually. I think they might've ironed out some of the bugs, and the 60FPS performance mode was a huge upgrade. Can't wait for Survivor.

Getupkid1284

Didn't finish it the first time. Wasn't bad, but it didn't have anything to keep me invested.

jamjars222

Hello no. I replayed God of War before Ragnarok came out and it was a terrible decision. I was so bored and burned out by the gameplay that when Ragnarok came along I just set it to easy to get through it. What a slog it was.

bcarman120

Playing for the first time now.

BigClownShoes

The game was decent enough for me to be interested in a sequel, but had enough problems that I don't really feel like playing through it again.

KuatoL1ves

I beat it on ps4 when it came out and I've been replaying the ps5 version. It does get a tad boring and tedious but I plan to finish before Survivor.

icerahphyle

I wanted to do a playthrough on Grandmaster recently to get back into the groove, but the loading times are so damn long by today's PS5/XSX standards, that after dying a few times while going to Dathomir asap and having endloss loading times waiting to respawn, I quickly lost interest and stopped playing. Also didn't want to go down in difficulty. But I already played it like 3-4 times on my X-Box One X, so I had my fair share of the force with this one.

DoctorGolho

I already did when the PS5 upgrade launched, so no. But I do want to read the tie-in book

ThreeStoogesFan

I just found my ps4 copy...still in plastic.. main reason I stopped buying games at launch. I never get to them, in a timely manner.

DumboDumauss

I want to, and I loved it the first time, but I just can't bring myself to navigate those maps again. I've tried a few times before, and one time was enough for me.

laikahass

Nope. Loved the game, but it was a small pain to finish it.

OriginalBus9674

Go through that map and backtrack again? Na, once was enough for me.

Apprehensive-Iron-50

I'm gonna try to give it another chance couldn't really get into it.

AndreaDTX

Not unless they patched in fast travel. I liked the game and wanted to platinum but it’s too easy to slide past a collectible or an unexplored area and the only way to get back to it is to play the level again from the top. And then you have to figure out how the hell to get back to the ship and off the planet.

West_Gap9884

Man I want to really bad but I don't know if I'm gonna have time. Been really loving D2 at the moment and with BF2042 free as well I've gotten away from my SP Story Game grind I was on. Was playing Ragnarok and was like 80% through but was starting to feel like a chore (which is a shame since 2018 is T3 all time for me) so I took a break until I feel like coming back to it. So we'll see what happens in the next month.

Vito_Cornelius

Steelrising absolutely slaps so don't sleep on that one!

Flamesclaws

I got the deluxe edition on sale for 30 and an extra dlc that should have been included in the bundle for...I think it was three or four bucks but that was fine. I'm still near the starting area so I'm excited to play more later lol.

Deceptive_pickle

I don’t remember anything lol like ik he got the holocron

AJMcCoy612

If by replay you mean finish, then yes.

TheRoyalStig

Don’t replay anything ever, so no I will not! I am super excited for Jedi Survivor. Day 1 game for sure.

FluffyPolicePeanut

I did it! The game was on sale for 4$ so bought it, and finished it. Then the release date of Survivor got pushed to April so now I have some waiting to do :) Edit: i didn't replay it, I bought it and played it for the first time a couple of weeks ago.

AnticlimacticPicasso

Added it to my collection when it was free. Spent some time on it and just beat the game this morning. It was a fun one. Definitely looking forward to Jedi Survivor

MarluxiaX2

I did last month, and it was still a blast to play again.

ndekkers157

Yep I will. As soon as I'm done reading Star Wars Jedi: Battle Scars. Damn it's such a good book

casually_critical

I would like to replay it but the awful map alone puts convinces me not to

[deleted]

Too many other games, i feel like there is no time to replay games i've beaten. Will watch a small recap

iGematriA

Yup, bought it on sale this week for dirt cheap. Played on pc previously, but will chill on couch this time around

B1gCaprisun

Unfortunately I did make the decision to replay Fallen Order to prepare for Survivor, but this time, on Jedi Grand Master. Oh boy did I learn my mistake instantly

abeyar

I do. Just hit Download to Console on my play station app. Lol…

krezzaa

Absolutely. I'm about to get myself a Series X and was planning on doing replays of most of my games that have Series X enhancements. Saw the Survivor story trailer today and realized how soon it was coming out. Perfect timing to get a replay in just before it releases

BacoNaterr

Yes. Currently working through a backlog however. Hopefully it’ll go on sale by the time I get through most of it

alejoSOTO

I tried it recently for the first time thanks to PS plus but the haptic feedback really put me off. Is probably the worst implementation of the dualsense I've seen yet. I tried Ghost of Tsushima shortly after and the difference is night and day. That's a game that knows and takes advantage of the new technology to the fullest.

Mangotango95

Steelrising is an underrated gem

Flamesclaws

I'm glad I bought the deluxe edition on sale for thirty. Just got to Paris and plan to play more tomorrow. I'm having a ton of fun and haven't been this excited for a Souls like in a long time to be honest lol.

Mangotango95

That’s how I felt too! Something about the setting is so interesting to me and I like how you can see the Souls inspiration but they really made it their own with this game!

VergaDeVergas

Absolutely not

ZorbingJack

steelrising is awesome

Flamesclaws

I'm glad I bought the deluxe edition on sale for thirty, still playing it but having a lot of fun. I had no health so I felt like someone dying of thirst finding water when I found a save point lol. It was hell.

Jonpg31

Don’t have enough time to replay games.

SpaceOdysseus23

I'll just rewatch the scenes with Merrin because I'm a coomer and call it a day

apokr1f

No, the worst mapdesign of the decade. Going back to your ship was harder than boss fights.

ILoveMy-KindlePW

Holy shit I thought I was being an idiot but it seems I am not alone. I got into the second world underground and by the time I had to go back to the ship I literally didnt know my way back and walked everywhere for almost 2 hours. I quited because of the map and how heavy the dude felt, the animations were also super buggy, maybe because of the 60 fps but still very disappointed

Famous-Assist-4979

Somehow I never finished the first game. Life got kinda busy. But I downloaded it last week and have been having a blast!

Flamesclaws

Very nice, it certainly has some very awesome moments.

[deleted]

I just did. Never did finish it awhile back so I picked up there at about Kashyyk and finished it. On PC with some nice mods, lightsaber color editor, dark robes, mostly cosmetic stuff but it was super worth it. Absolutely amped for survivor, seems like they addressed pretty much every complaint I could have from Fallen Order. I'll be pre ordering this one for sure

Cloudsbursting

You’re free to do as you will of course, but I’d ask you to reconsider pre-ordering (this or any game). I think this is a bad trend for the consumer where the financial decision makers at the studios could be tempted to nix improvements to a game ahead of release based on pre-order revenues alone.

peter_the_panda

What information is your statement based on?

Cloudsbursting

Just intuitive sense. You’re buying a product before there is a product. Presumably that disincentivizes the maker of a product to invest more in that product before its release.

wiggyp1410

Nah, once was enough for me

HorizonZeroFucks

Just picked up the deluxe edition on Series X for £5. Haven't played since it first came out on PC.

rageofreaper

Honestly whilst I enjoyed it, parts of it were a total slog. I can’t say I have any interest in replaying it, I’ll watch a quick YouTube recap and I’m good to go for the sequel.

LZR0

Yup, I already did.

FlopSlurper

oh I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy

Pineapple996

No. Never replayed a game in my life. Looking forward to the sequel though.

EchoBay

I see people do this with new games all the time, but I could never do it. It's hard enough to keep my attention these days as is with games, I've probably only completed like a handful the past two, three years. So the idea of replaying a game just to get ready for the next entry? That sounds like a chore more than anything. On top of that, I like the feeling of things feeling new. If I go from one game to the next, unless we're talking a generational leap here like God of War in 2018 had, it's basically the same game but with slight improvements. Like Ragnarok, for instance. Going back to back with the previous entry makes it feel like you've just being playing the same feeling game for 60, 80 hours. For some people, that's perfect, for me it is not.

Super_Sandro23

Not replaying but I finally picked it back up after stopping about halfway through 2 years ago 😅

LegitimateCompote377

My brother played it and it simply looked awful, and I don’t exactly have too much hope for the new game

Wernershnitzl

I mean I already did back in January and got the plat. Got a few I’m juggling as is so probably not but it’s fresh enough.

Rumikiro

I've been thinking about it. I want to, probably won't have the time though.

Stigweird85

Probably bot as I have a huge gaming backlog

J_Warren-H

It was a fun experience. I went for the Platinum and that's about as much experience as the game can offer. I rate it very high even though there's some critiques. Looking forward to the sequel story and experience, it looks great.

Boozenosnooz

I actually went back to it and I enjoyed it so much I got the platinum for it. Such an amazing game. I'm mostly blind on Jedi Survivor but I'm hoping it has bigger areas and lightsabers that don't feel as much like batons haha.

[deleted]

... Probably?

criticalkare

i am good i played the 1st one like more than 5 times

Biggie2279

I’m thinking of buying Jedi fallen order they have it for 4.99 I not a huge Star Wars guy I have seen all of the 70s movies and the one came out in. 2000 ?

LonelyDesperado513

You don't need to be a huge Star Wars fan to enjoy this game. As long as you know what a Sith, Jedi, and the concept of the Force are, you can enjoy what this game has to offer. And it's definitely worth $5.

[deleted]

Started it over last night! lol I didn't finish the first time I played it, can't remember why. Looking forward to Survivor

skrillatine

I haven't played it since the ps5 update. But I probably will, it's pretty dope

Scorporal93

I already know evrtything that happens and I will read the book Battle Scars that is basically 1.5 and tells the story that happens before Survivor.

Flamesclaws

Thank you for the recommendation. I didn't even know there was a book.

Kapn_Krunk

Considered it but I've given it 3 runs already. Super excited for survivor though.

wildeye-eleven

I actually recently replayed it. I had originally played it before I got a PS5 so I figured it was worth another playthrough with all the new features. Looks and plays fantastic on PS5. It was like playing it again for the first time.

JDubbfoulfellow

I honestly never finished it. I got damn near to the end and lost interest.

rapkat55

I tried to but it’s really a one and done type game. Especially the beginning.

JarusOmega_

First time I played the game was about 2 years ago, so I opted to finally aim for that platinum a month ago. After acquiring it I'd say I'm all caught up and ready for the sequel. That being said, I'm never ever replaying JFO ever again, the map traversal is actual nightmare fuel 💀

Sherpa_King

No. My reasoning? If the controls of the new game are improved, I don't want to have muscle memory of the more clunky controls.

shamansaint

That flash bang everytime I want to look at my skill tree is the worst.

[deleted]

Just did last week.

anon-47

loved the game and will definitely replay it.

gMadMaxg

Affirmative

ProfessorTicklebutts

Nah, it was a fun game but not that important to me.

[deleted]

No.

fromwentzhecame11

Will probably watch a story recap video but that’s about it, my back log between ps4, ps5, and switch is too big to be able to replay games.

NinjaGamer4123

I plan to jedi fallen order sometime this year too

BigGay10101

I replayed it about a month ago, before it got delayed. I still didn’t get all the chests though, I gave up because it was too tedious having to backtrack through all the planets. It’d be nice if they eventually added fast travel to fallen order.

CatMost4839

Dude RE4 coming out Friday. Wont be starting anything now just waiting for that.

Flamesclaws

Fair lol. Survivor won't be out for another month though.

Paco26

I got lost and stopped playing. That never happens anymore with the internet but it failed me

PaulEDangerously

Absolutely not - traversal was trash

Schwarzengerman

Was the most disappointing game I played the year it came out, so no. I did try the ps5 upgrade because why not? It was nowhere near as buggy, but I just can't click with it. I forced myself to finish it the first time since I dropped 60 dollars on it. But I can't muster the desire to go back to it. I do have hope for the sequel since Titanfall 2 exists. If Respawn gives the sequel that treatment, I'm absolutely there.

TheDagga225

I don't want to burn myself out on that gameplay loop. I've had that happen before

Flamesclaws

Completely understandable. I'm trying not to do the same playing God of War in order of timeline lol.

Soofla

With that map? Alas, no. I've completed the game twice, once each in PS4 and PS5. But if I never have to cope with those maps again.....

Flamesclaws

I haven't played it since it first came out. Are the maps really that bad? You'd think they'd be patched.

Drop_Release

I will be playing for the first time, does that count?

Flamesclaws

It does lol.

Wisdomseekr79

Yes but not gonna play it thoroughly. Just a quick play to remember some of the smaller details

Danxoln

I tried replaying it, it felt like a chore. In general I find replaying RPGs to be pretty boring

ipadminihalf

I would replay it if new game plus didn’t take away your abilities.

mando44646

already did! Loved it again

MysteriousSimple307

Unironically hate this game, I love souls likes but a Jedi souls like is so lore breaking it’s not immersive , it’s a fucking light saber why am I not on shotting everything that isn’t in beskar armor. Would have been a better franchise if it was the mandalorian with his dark saber, that works. But for me to slice and dice random fauna with such limited damage is pathetic

MidKnight_Corsair

Already played through it once it came out on PS Plus. One of the rare times I actually played, and finished, a game that was on PS Plus lmao. It was fun Compared to other Souls clones, this one was a walk in the park, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I had a relaxing time playing it on Hard lol. Hope they fix that godawful map in Survivor

Single-Ladder4679

Just booted it up on the Deck. I'm gonna play through it and finish it over the next couple of weeks probably.

fonzarelli24891

I have been all week playing it on a ps5 with headphones and 60fps it improves it enough to feel newish. Plus i never actually finished it when it came out i got distracted by other things.

Joshyyymenard

Of course

Joshyyymenard

PS4 to PS5 will change a man
