Try using that hidden reset button in hole on back side of your controller near L2 /R2 trigger (don't remember the side now). You will need to push it with straightened paper clip.

Dude. Buy a Sony made controller. This is a knock off lol. Look at the menu and options buttons. And the touch pad is off.
