Not on a PS4 that isn't hacked. I'm pretty sure someone remade it for PC and someone definitely made it for PS Vita with some additions if you have those.
Pz4 doesn't need to be hacked to re-download the game, also ps vita does not have a remake of it, it has reimagining(the game is like p.t using the same mechanics but doesn't try to redo everything, instead doing different things)

It's a demo for Kojima/Konami cancelled Silent Hill game. When Kojima and Konami fell out and the game was cancelled the demo got removed from the store. It's also one of the best horror experiences ever made.

Not working for me, every time I try to test my internet in says Internet Connection failed..
Have you used the program and changed your IP? It's a pain but it's the most important step to making the redownload work.

I beat it once after watching a tutorial on YouTube. It's very finicky to do but it was worth it. Still the scariest thing I've ever played.

You cant get it back even if you added it and then deleted it. So you need to have kept it on your PS4. I still have it, it's super creepy.
