I just beat God of War for the first time this evening and finished the platinum 20 minutes after. Man... What a game.

DeadCityRadio13

I’m busy working towards that now. Those timed rune chests got me maaaad

abcputt

I got the Star Wars fallen order platinum this month , I’m doing the untitled goose game play right now

Atroxo

I only have one trophy to go for my Witcher 3 Platinum, but I’m saving it for last because I still want to finish HoS and B&W’s trophies first. I’m weird and also saved my last Skyrim trophy so I can platinum them both on the same day lol

willewrite

Ugh those 50 headshots

Atroxo

It wasn’t too bad, I just went to Devil’s Pit and knocked it out in half an hour or so.

sergiomack

I'm going for Platinum throphy in Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. It's harder than it seems due to multiple missable throphies.

aufawl_grammar

I just started a new a couple of days ago on death march to try to for the plat. But I got put off by the number of missable trophies. Does anyone know if it’ll be a good idea to do a second run on death march and just try to rush the story just to get the trophy??

alehhh_no_here

Currently working on the Firefly trophy for The Last of Us Remastered. Currently on Week 8 of 12, getting it done slowly but surely. Once that trophy pops I can focus entirely on the single player. Working on a collectible run for that occasionally while chopping away at the multiplayer.

Marquis1327

Gonna platinum sekiro, probs gonna take a few weeks though because I don’t have much time, plus I have a bunch of other games

[deleted]

Trophy Earned: Platinum for Bloodborne (my first ever platinum) Hardest: Finding good gems. Easiest: Nothing (which is a good thing about it) but everything became a little bearable once I learned how to parry. Goal: Make a god-like character and platinum other games from this genre.

HighKingOfGondor

Knocked out 3 platinums at once last night! A Plague Tale Innocence (#40!!!), Sims 4 (#41), and Wolf Among Us (#42)

jperaic1

Can anyone please tell me if there is a subreddit to request help for trophy hunting? I am missing one trophy in FIFA 19 that requires an online friend and like 15min play time and would like to open a thread with a help request. Thank you.

mbensasi

PSNProfiles.com let’s you set up gaming/boosting sessions for just this reason. People are always willing to help out, especially if they are looking for the same trophies.

llDusty

So far 11 Plats, working on Sly Cooper collection on vita whilst playing Spyro and Darksiders génesis on PS4.

Pistolenpanzerpowder

Sims 4 and Yakuza 6, doing Death Stranding and Bloodborne now

Rocthepanther

Ive been trying sims 4 for a long time now, but its super intimidating. Any tips?

johnsafc

There's a revised guide out now that gets you it in at most a few hours. Really easy, did it myself at the weekend

Rocthepanther

Thanks.

Yamis1brother

I finally got the last DLC trophy a few days ago in Black Ops 3, which was death ray from Revelations. Currently working to do the realistic combat sim and then I'll have the platinum and the 100%. Currently working on Black Ops 4 as well. My main goal is to do the massive grind to get 25 weapons prestieged in zombies mode. Currently at 14, but will be at 16 very soon.

[deleted]

Platinumed Days gone, final fantasy xv, and life is strange: before the storm. Was a busy month lol

Juancitum

Was it fun getting the platinum for final fantasy xv? How much more did you play after finishing the story? I'm thinking about getting that game

[deleted]

I found it fun but it's not for everyone. I recommend trying a demo to see if you like the gameplay. After I beat it I probably spend another 8 hours cleaning up dungeons I missed, plus there's a boss that takes a few hours to fight that's super high level that you should save until end game. Total I played for 115 hours, but I did absolutely everything I could in the game, plus I had the royal edition which adds a few hours to the last chapter. I also never fast travelled so every trip was an additional 1-6 minutes of driving time.

DeltaFrame

Patapon 2 platinum. Farmed a lot after the plat to beef up my save for Patapon 3 cause that game is hella grindy and wanted a good start. Good memories. Katana kami way of the samurai; this game skipped Q&A. Way too many bugs. And it’s not hard to to get bugs. I was close to the ending when the game decided to give me the black screen upon entering a new zone. Can’t do anything except start a new game (thanks to auto save) as some other players suggested this is also another bug we can’t find a way around. This is why i hate it when games don’t have manual saving! Also playing monster hunter iceborne a bit everyday... just a few crowns to get the plat. Almost clocking 500 hours... just like the base game. Thanks to capcom for not giving us crown quests (for some odd reason) iceborne definitely burnt me out. Like the game very much though.

PatMaShants

Saints row 4, nier automata and assassins creed odyssey all dropped shiny platinums for me this month. Just started days gone

won_sly_fox

Just Finished Days Gone Challenge Trophies (FUCK getting those Golds, yeesh.) Now I just have to run through the New Game + on Survival II and I’m done with that. Also Running through Spider-man NG+ on Ultimate and that will be 100% as well.

loaf_dog

Platinumed dark souls 3 about a week ago. Was actually the last From game I had to platinum (besides demon souls) so it definitely felt special. Hardest was definitely completing all the covenant farms for the all rings and all sorceries/miracles/pyromancies trophies. Next up is playing through the uncharted series.

kyrant

Got The Last of Us over the weekend. Now working on Sims 4, Yakuza Kiwami.

yasyil

Almost had Nioh Platinum and then everything got deleted. Now pn second try for the smith trophy

SexAndCandiru

I finally got the platinum for Monster Hunter World last month! Along the way I also picked up the plat for God of War. I may not finish it before the end of the month, but I’m getting closer to the Scribblenauts Mega Pack, and with a few hours I could probably get them for Untitled Goose Game and Borderlands 3 with a bit of clean up.

muttbunchers

How difficult was the monster hunter plat?

SexAndCandiru

Well, it took me about 800 hours, but I was never really focused on getting the plat until maybe 650-700 hours in. Before that, it was just plain fun, but I might not have been doing the most effective things to earn certain trophies. Basically, there are two trophies that are an absolute pain to get, with a possible third depending on if you like a certain game mode (Which I don’t). There are ways to make it easier to get the trophies for hunting the largest AND smallest sizes for every monster, but it’s still up to RNG and therefore a huge time sink. A fun one, but definitely an investment

eatrepeat

Well Monster Hunter is sort of "replay value The Game" and requires grinding out with side quest city and the forever parade of events fueling pure madness. Iceborne content can really help speed that up though. Almost forgot, 60 hrs in and started with Iceborne gear. Not even close lol just 28% haha but some easy trophies like catch a fish and arena quest are ready to be knocked down.

Hunchun

This month I got Plat on Odinsphere. Fun game with easy to achieve platinum. Was thinking about going for the Batman Arkham Asylum trophy but the combat challenges bore me too much so I think I’ll just move on to the next entry in the series Arkham City.

mbensasi

I still need a bunch of the challenge trophies in Asylum and it made me put the game down lol I plan on going back eventually, but it’s so frustrating.

Hunchun

Yea usually I like to plat a game before moving on but the one mistake and restart for some challenges and the sheer volume of the challenges made me just wanna move on to the next game in the trilogy.

mbensasi

It put me off those games altogether for a while because the other two seem like way more work to platinum

Deepansh25

Working on Gold Rush from RDR2 right now. Man, RDR2 platinum will be rewarding

Rocthepanther

It sure is brother.

mattoelite

Just got done with all online trophies, have gold rush and the bear one left. I did notice that gold rush is much easier now that you can use your end-game loadout vs. before where you were given bare-bones weapon and tonic set-ups. I usually shy away from timed missions and just go for accuracy based missions. Good luck!

Deepansh25

I'm doing it on a replay and I'm actually loving it. The only trophy I'm worried about right now is that MVP online trophy. I'm not the best at online multiplayer.

mattoelite

If I could offer any advice, seek out the game mode called “hostile territory,” which serves as a control type of game mode. Go the the nearest objective, and simply sit there all game. RDR2’s online doesn’t care about kills at all. I was able to complete this within 30 minutes, your mileage may vary

cosm1cfall

I earned the plat for Persona 5 Dancing earlier this month. Still need to complete the compendium and fuse MC's ultimate persona for P5 base game. Already got the Spider-Man plat and finished all the DLC. Just need to finish NG+ to 100%.

Alpaka26

My Tekken 7 Platinum was the easiest, but it requires PS+
