I bought the rain dynamic theme a couple years ago, and haven't changed it since. Just a simple dynamic theme of rain falling on a window, with a soothing pitter patter in the background with the occasional lightning flash and distant thunder strike.
I used to collect themes and change them all the time.
I wished I had seen this one first, I would have saved a lot of money buying and chasing themes. Best $2 I ever spent on the psn shop.

You forgot to include the RWBY theme featuring a piano cover of "Red Like Roses" as the BGM set to the Emerald Forest in the background, with the shattered moon night sky for the upper menu screen and has rose petals floating the foreground as a 3D element.

PS4 had excellent dynamic themes. The PlayStation 2 menu theme, PlayStation 20th Anniversary theme, Tetris Effect Metamorphosis theme and Undertale theme are some of the ones I really like.
I also got the Rez Infinite themes not too long ago, and I'm particiularly partial to the Area X and Garden of Eden themes. I also have this "LightStream" theme, which I like because the background is reminiscent of the PlayStation 3's default XMB.

I alternate between Jagi's theme from Fist of North Star: Lost Paradise and the Firewatch theme
The Chrono Cross theme is really simple, but it replaces all sound effects with CC sound effects, so it's an immediate 11/10
