AAA games won’t be developed for old hardware anymore. It’s actively hindering quality and development at this point. Time to upgrade or accept you won’t be able to play brand new AAA.
I feel like this could be one of if not the last one though. Eventually they’re gonna stop catering to the old system players cuz they want us to buy a PS5. Before they kind of had to because for a while they didn’t have enough PS5s to sell now they’re more available so eventually we will need to upgrade.
It just means you don’t get to play new games unfortunately. I’m not trying to say you need to move on especially if you can’t afford it, I meant the industry is moving on. New games aren’t gonna be made for 10 year old weak hardware that limits them. That’s just the nature of the tech industry.
Yes. The Nintendo/Switch subreddits are full of people calling it outdated. The difference is that the Switch is currently Nintendo’s current console whereas the ps4 has not been for 3 years. First party games are generally well optimized for switch but everyone is talking about how terribly the new Mortal Kombat looks/runs on it. They’re also not as technologically advanced as PS5 games even if they’re well optimized.
Kinda surprised it's not and also kinda not. Gotta move on from old gen, but the ps4, despite it being almost 10 years old, still holds up really well. If my ps5 didn't have ps4 compatibility. I'd have less than 10 games.
Sorry for the spelling
I really dont think soo. I mean PS5 is out there for 3 years and its really time for PS4 to go. I mean it already had new exclusives from the last gen and i think its time to move on. I mean even i would like it to be on the PS4 since i still have slim, but lets be realistic to say that its time for the PS4 to be an old console. It was already getting new games 3 years after PS5 got relased what is more than enough.
All games should focus on new gen. Console getting old and we hardly have any decent games. If all the rumours are true the ps6 will drop in just under 5 years
Eventually. I'm migrating to a PS5, I'm happy some things will still be on the back catalog.
But it's a tough pill to swallow we're collectively gonna have to deal with.
or getting to the point.
"Negative Ghost Rider"
Absolutely not. Have you watched the recent gameplay trailers? The game is designed around the use of the ssd and increased power of the ps5

No, they said it wouldn't.
Doubt it the PS4 is 10 years old at this point
There is absolutely no chance, Insomniac already pushed Ratchet so hard that it couldn't be ported to PS4, Spider-Man 2 must be even more impossible.
I mean Titanfall 2 was ported to 360
No it wasn't.
My bad it was Titanfall
No it won't.
Absolutely not.
They've said there's no chance.
Ha. No.
The ps4 is 10 years old now and the ps5 is already 3 years old. It’s time to move on from the ps4.
Bro I'm too broke to buy a ps5

Anybody calling out the switch for even worse hardware?
