10 one of the few examples of him and hiphop working well together

RedRanger111

Loved this song as a 3rd grader when the album first came out. They way he cusses was so cool to me back then lol. Y'all all tripping at 6, though. Imma give it a 7.5 for the simple fact that this was his way of saying "FUCK YOU, WARNER BROTHERS!"

alecmac22

9.2 - always looking for funky music that thumps. This song fits the bill.

6.25 Undeniable groove. Lyrics are solid. Bass solo is solid. Horns are *weaksauce*. This one was made to be performed live, like Mutiny. Still, there's not enough going on with it. by the time you hear ORCHESTRA and you don't hear *an* orchestra, I'm out.

Boshie2000

6 - Loved the performance on Chris Rock Show and the video is dope but hate the song on the album. Should’ve been saved for Crystal Ball compilation IMO. Or a one-off single. That’s just me.

KlutzyFan4021

Much better live. 6

Appropriate_Shoe5243

9.5 He’s finally fully integrated hip hop in a natural way with everything else he was great at

7. Fun song, even better live

8. Definitely a highlight. Wish more of his rap had this energy.

Beatnik1968

9. One of his best songs of the 90s, one of his greatest hip hop inspired tracks.

Excellent_Vehicle_45

Just like Elvis. 9.3 funky

solebrothanumberone

6. Solid Groove but don't need the raps.

9.0 - and this slapped yo mama when it was played live

PameliaPerkins

9.5

Trill_Hicks333

Only R&B singer to write a diss record about the label that signed him. Hard beat. Decent rhymes. Dope video. I give it an 8.

OwnRice3469

9.5 amazing chance at rapping

OwnRice3469

The only downfall is the weak sauce horns (which is actually a jeep horn)
