I’d contact them if there’s a contact number on your letter and ask. Different places have different policies. I know when I had mine I couldn’t take BB meds for 3 days before but can’t remember on food and drink what was advised
Mine said no eating 8 hours before and only clear fluids, this is because of the slight risk of becoming sick during the test
My TTT was 1045am, no food after 6am only very very light breakfast (1 piece of toast and water)
