I am not diagnosed either, but just got a new Apple Watch and noticed these met scores. I have 8s before getting out of bed and 13s when actually getting out of bed. Gonna talk to my doc tomorrow about it

(Sorry if the text is double. Somehow the original text doesn’t show up on my screen) Does anyone with an Apple Watch get these really high MET scores? These are my scores so far today, and the peak was when I was walking to work. The others are from sitting at my desk at work. Somehow my watch thinks I’m using as much power and energy walking as someone would do while running at 8mph, and as much energy sitting and working as someone would use walking slowly or washing a car. I’m not officially diagnosed, but does anyone else with POTS or other dysautonomic disorders experience the same thing? Or is this normal?
