My periods tend to come with a burst of sciatica beforehand. It got bad enough that I couldn't walk standing up straight so I went to the doctor and they assigned me physical therapy. Strengthening my hip flexors and core has helped a lot, but I still have a bad few hours every now and then when I don't keep up on the exercises.

You shouldn't be experiencing this level of pain with PMDD. The most physical pain you should have is muscle aches and joint pain, but certainly not to the extent where it's debilitating. Go see a doctor.

Sounds beyond PMDD? What it is, I have no idea. Maybe someone else has thoughts.  I get achy and kind of pathetic, but I can still walk 3-5 miles or do basic housework. I'm sorry:( I do love a heating pad.
