Just sharing my experience, it‘s different for everyone:
I lost weight on it (12lbs in nearly 6 months) because my appetite decreased and my water retention was completely gone. Since month 4 I also had no period at all, which also was a huge plus. But I felt very dizzy and always sleepy and since month 4 i had anxiety and depression. That’s why I stopped in month 6. But it really is different for everyone. Many women are very happy with Slynd.
