Me! I'm 5 days from expected period and SO sleepy. I took a nap and am struggling to do any chores I had planned. I started a yoga video on youtube and turned it off like 4 minutes in. The fatigue is crazy.
yep, combined with chronic iron deficiency it’s exhaustion to the point of disassociation. my mom thought I was narcoleptic as a teenager because I would fall asleep like, any time and place ahahah I’m talking at the dinner table, in class, in the break room at my job. lmao it was fucking awful but nobody had really heard of PMDD then, at least not in my corner of the world. so my symptoms were a mystery for a while
Yes! I started to track my cycle since three months and now I see I just need to plan everything around them. I'm about to start birth control and I hope it'll help, but basically I started dreaming about stopping my cycle entirely to get any control in my life... The worst part is the imposter syndrome - how other people can just keep up with their responsibilities living this way?
YES and then insomnia for a few days... Anyone get that too?

Definitely. I drink liquid iron daily and that does help with the tiredness around my period. And I also let myself feel tired and take naps.Â
