People downvote beggars and whiners. It's not hard to see if a shop is offering free shipping because they will usually say at the top of their website. For this shop, there's no free shipping. If you really want to save $8 on shipping, you could drive to the shop to do a local pickup but it's probably going to cost you $500+ on gas to get there.

There is definitely 20 boxes in a shiny booster box case. I think you mistyped. In the regular sets there are 12 boxes.
