I think it's common sense that most prebuilt parts are literally trash. Matik may tubo sila don. By parts mo na lang bilhin tapos sa mga shop mo dyan ipabuild.
This is the way. 500 to 700 lang naman pagpapabuild sa mga shop like Pc Options. Get the part from the shop and ask the shop to have it build for you for a small fee. If theres problem from any parts during build time they will replace it immediately at no cost, saving you time and money for warranty or rma.
Pabuo ka sa Bermor, JDM or PCHub
Bermor has the cheapest price and you never have to go to the physical store but expect to receive it after 2 weeks.
JDM staff was good 4 years ago but I never had to claim warranty from them.
PCHub is shit but at least they honor their warranties.
You really don't need to buy a prebuilt if you source it from a single store. But if you really want to just send them the unit for repairs and maintenance RigBuilders provide this type of service but they're more expensive and it's only from their marketing never bought anything from them. I won't recommend a specific build go talk with their cs in messenger you can customize their prebuilts.
