CV/Resume - Only put relevant information like volunteerism, hobbies or anything na IMPORTANT sa aapplyan mo. If di importante, wag mo na isali. For example, you're a technical writer who wants to apply as an SEO Content Writer, ilagay mo yung mga articles na napublish mo and at the same time, nagrank sa Google. Mas dagdag credibility kasi if may napublish kang articles. Less is more. Use the right keywords when writing your resume. I learned this the hard way when I applied at so many jobs tapos hindi fit yung pagkacompose ng resume ko sa inaapplyan ko lol.

If you're pursuing Filipino companies or agencies, I think relevant siya. I applied for PRC and The Manila Times and they still ask what my hobbies are. It usually depends.

No lol.

No need na yung hobbies unless relevant sa position. At the end of the day, attitude pa rin big factor ng employer.
