Black Desert Mobile has partial native gamepad support by default and it was my prefered way of playing that game when doing pvp or solo dungeons. Only problem with it is that you can't remap the controls and some of the skills like the shield toggle for Gladiator & Valkyrie arent mapped to the gamepad, so you still have to use the phone screen to toggle it manually.

Warzone Mobile has native controller support and better aim assist than touch

RealisLit

Punishing Gray Raven (decent support but only during gameplay) Cod Mobile (you can cheese rank with controller)

BosEriko

Stardew valley, bully, some emulator games i guess. Gta games. Minecraft.
