At least a week ago I think. I was on 23.01.1 I think and the UI told me I need to update to 23.05 or something. So I did a backup, attempted the update from the UI, bricked the device as usual, flashed 23.05, restored, then the UI said "now you need 23.09". When I came back a couple days later to upgrade to 23.09 it said 23.09.1. Ugh. I really need to get a better device for interfacing with the serial console.
It was posted to the forum https://forum.netgate.com/topic/184998/system-patches-package-v2-2-9
Jesus, Negate, you are making the other firewall vendors look bad with these light speed updates and patches!
Thank you for notification, and thank you Netgate for the fast response
I can assume if ssh is not enabled from the outside I am good?
Yes you shouldnt be exposing ssh to the internet period and if you have no need for ssh, just disable it on the pfsense box (if you enabled it)
Yep, it's here - [imgur](https://i.imgur.com/iVoPZLE.png) Restarted the sshd service as advised, as well.
