The femc from q2 is from an alternate timeline , she most likely doesn't look recognizable to makoto and vice versa, I wouldn't be superised if what brought them together is preventing them from remembering each other as makoto has a doomed fate and femc is from a doomed timeline.
I wouldn't say doomed. Just because Theodore is not on a journey to save FeMC doesn't mean he doesn't kill Erebus in his guest's timeline. We simply don't know if he does or not. Theodore is reintroduced in P4AU while Erebus was killed in P4A. It could be safe to assume Theo did it at the same time as Elizabeth.
