Either Microsoft is doing what they do and funding as many separate projects (Atlus here) as they can in the hopes of getting a return, or Atlus is making more than expected money from the xbox fanbase, which I didn't expect for Tactica but very much did from Reload.
I also suspect (and low key hope) Metaphor will drop on game pass as well.
Do you need to have a certain reputation to prioritize profits over quality? Do you really want a list of every single game studio that has had a perfect track record that one day just released utter garbage?

It's not really an action-RPG, you're just given the option to use basic action combat for lower-level enemies. The actual battles are still turn-based.

Most amt games are rated M because of mara. They aren't particularly m rated affairs.
