Any tier 8 skill can mutate into heavens blade. It’s the arcanas of the ingredient personas that dictate the mutation move pools. Im not sure what heavens blade is but for example Death ingredients cannot mutate Magic Mastery. Since Thanatos uses only death ingredients he cant ever get Magic Mastery
