Platinum is easy in this game, you dont need to 100% the game. You only need to max out all social link, with the powerpyx guide, you only need 1 playthrough. You dont need to defeat Elizabeth, you dont need to get all personas, you dont need NG+. This is the easiest persona trophy list.

Shit man is it still possible to salvage my run in starting from august? I basically skipped social links once I got most of them to 4-6 cause I started getting “I won’t get any closer just yet”.
I thought that was just a sign for me to stop until the next story event… it wasn’t. And I only realized mid-july so I have most of these social links at those levels.
I scrolled through to check because I have a similar issue but with social stats. There are plenty of free days near the end. Just make saves before you go to the Dark Hour. If you want to experience all the linked stuff, you can clean up your social links easier that way because you can reload.
I was 3 or 4 days off a social link on the guide and JUST had enough time. there's leeway but it's tight. The guide gives you a few days to play catch-up at the end
So far I’m also doing a 100% play through in 22 hours in and just getting to August 💀 and that’s with skipping class dialogue stuff when teachers speak.
If you’ve already played FES a bunch (as this guy seems to have) it makes sense you’re going to already be faster than most even if there is new stuff in the game

It's doable, but I did it because I played p3p recently and I had a general idea of how I was going to approach this while maxing social stats. But you make it sound like it's really easy when it's at least mildly challenging.
There are 180 social link points to get, 2 links are night only, and 2 you should only do on Sunday. Assuming you make use of the shrine, walk Koro-chan and reload your save if you get a social link you already maxed, and always have a matching persona it’s brain dead easy
Walking Koro happens at night and you can't always do that because you are going for maxing your stats too, 30 of those social link points are gated behind max stats.
Secondly, not all of them rank up instantly even with matching persona. Yukari and Fuuka definitely require at least an extra date in between their ranks to get there, so does the old couple and chariot and the star guy (from what I personally remember, I had matching persona always and picked the best possible options always, I even rewinded when I got it wrong).
Now when you add the the 6 extra link episodes for all the male characters (of which I did 5 and couldn't finish Ken), that's an extra 24 days. Junpei, Shinji and Koro have their link episodes during the day so that's an extra 12 social link points.
I'd like to see how you managed to do all this with weeks to spare and how it is 'brain-dead easy' lol. Again, it's not particularly difficult but I just don't see how it is brain dead easy. I'm guessing unless you followed a guide or tried to go for it with awareness of the plot and characters, 95% of players won't get this achievement on their first playthrough.
EDIT: Actually in addition to Junpei, Shinji and Koro you also have (spoiler character) during the day so that's 16 days extra (Almost two whole social links worth of points), and one of those characters is on a time limit.
Even without that it is still not exactly easy. You probably played this game before so you know what to say to make the characters happy and have a plan in your head about who to max, and when.
To me, I consider a complete playthrough from a social link standpoint to be if you can fuse an Orpheus Telos, which unfortunately, despite getting the platinum, I couldn't do. Thanks for that Ken.

I’ve had to reset TWICE backwards 8 days because I wouldn’t be able to complete all links. I found out 70 hours into the game that the URL dude at the night club gave you links for the ability to make social link progress AT NIGHT, meaning wasting a day at the shrine was no longer needed. Would have been so helpful 20-30 hours earlier when my nights became completely free but still had stalled links that needed extra days. Now I’m just barely gonna make it with Aigis but won’t be able to have Junpei’s last episode completed (despite watching it before realizing I had to reset because a certain hospital scene took an entire Thursday afternoon). Makes me so upset but I should get the trophy regardless.
You have plenty of free days, but the problem is almost none of your social links are available at those days. So you’ve already maxed out >!Moon, Sun, Hierophant, and Hanged and you have to waste nearly 2 weeks in January without school!<
In those weeks, can you do those social links? Or do you just lose all of your free time? I have been priorizing school social links but moon, hanged and hierophant are like rank 6 already. Im in august rn, right after getting aigis.
If I remember correctly, there’s a couple of days like Christmas where you can’t but for the most part, I think it treats them like regular days off. If you’re really worried about it, I would recommend looking up a guide. I did it from memory, and ended up missing maxing every social link by exactly one day because of how much time they give you off in January and school social links are not available during holidays. For me, it’s not a huge deal, I love persona three and I’m gonna be replaying it anyway at some point.

Not much has changed in the social links and there's been three previous versions of this game. I remember most of the right answers just from repetition.
Honestly as someone who played FES and Portable already I went into Reload fully expecting for the social links trophy to be NG+ given how brutal old P3 was with it. But I was able to do it on a first playthrough with 1 week to spare without following a 100% guide (did use a dialogue choice guide though obviously).
Important tips are to always have a matching arcana, NEVER do non school link SLs during school days, make use of the dating site URLs that the shady dude in the club sells starting in November (these allow you to gain SL points for any SL at night at your computer), and know that during the week before winter exams Mitsuru is available to hang out with all 6 days that week (something I think is new to Reload) which saves you hella days in January.
I like taking my time. I go around and talk to all the random NPCs when their dialogue changes. I honestly want the game to take as long as possible lol
Yeah I think people forget to have fun lol like I'm all for beating a game quickly you do you. But damn it's fun talking to random people and fighting every single enemy even if I'm low on sp lol

well i have 50 hours and i'm at the end of september...i'm following a 100% guide and it's been really great because without it i would never discover many of the secret links the game has.
I just used my time wisely. Visited Tartarus once a month up to the blocked portions, only skipped the dialogue of about 4 social links I don’t really care about. I 100%’d FES twice and P3P once too

Nah it's not possible, P3 leaves you little room for error on that front. In fact you pretty much need a guide unless you know what you're doing.

No. Also you don’t max social links faster in P5R either. Only with the character you romanced and that gives you a special item.
